Chapter 35 – Dilemmas & Drivel
I feel like a kid at Christmas! I am so excited I could pee. Srsly. It’s that friggin’ cool kiddies!
This new chapter in my life, the chapter I have lovingly dubbed Chapter 35 (figure it out) has so far been the best chapter of my life (outside of the obvious road blocks I am still trying to over come) for various reasons y’all wouldn’t even begin to understand. You know, it’s all that inner stuff that the shrinks talk about – more to do with my own soul that much that you can view on the outside. I have, however, continued to lose weight here in Illinois without even trying – much. I don’t currently own a scale at this moment, however, I can feel that the fat is fading into muscle – my body feels different and is looking different as well. That’s beside the point, how did I get there?
*Ahem* So, Chapter 35 – fabulous – I am telling you. What’s got me so excited right now is the chance to meet another serious blog crush! One of these days it will be blog crush #1 (*cough* ocB *cough*). Since I have already been blessed enough to have met Rachel and 3T in Arizona, it could only be none other than the fabulous Lucy! I know, right?! She is coming over to my hacienda on Wednesday for some homemade Mexican food and luscious margaritas Jade style! And, lucky for me, she is bringing her homemade salsa! Omg *drewl*!
Lucy has informed me that she has a great tat shop near her and therefore has me planning on a trip to come to her to get tatted together! I have been dying to get a new one (hence the kanji here in this post) and I had planned on doing it once I arrived in Illinois; once Chapter 35 was under way. I still plan on doing it, now it’s just a matter of when and where! I am feeling a girl’s weekend coming. I am going to need to buy a new pair of shoes special just for this event!
Next we have the blogger partay of the year being planned right now as we speak! It seems that Mr. Fab & Turnbaby are going to have a spring party, ConFab, to rival that of Adam’s Historic Halloween parties, of which I have never been to. However, I do plan on attending the ConFab Revival in the spring and meeting a fuckton of bloggers there! I would be just that much closer to realizing my dreams of meeting these folks with whom I have fallen in love with over the years (gosh, lots of years too if I stop and think about it – wow-). The one person I truly need to meet IRL is my Bella, and as a matter of fact, the plans have been being discussed here recently on the how and when I am going to get my ass out to her doorstep! Adding to my excitement over the things to come in my very near future!
You know, some people have Social Seasons full of fancy parties, exotic locations, formal gowns and caviar. For Jade, her social seasons consist of tequila, good friends, and meeting famous internet super stars! *swoon* Oh, it’s all just so divalicious I can barely contain myself!
Ahh, no chopped liver here ladies! OhGirl, I love you! Tracy, was going to chat with you about if you could come to the party?? Figured you would, really! You are like the ultimate blogging superstar in my book, you know I crush on you hard girl.
So, the other’s I’d left out including my lovely Danalyn – whom I drewl over when I recall the boots – her brains are sexy too..
um, who else? If I left folks out, I didn’t mean to and was no bad intent there folks. It was 7am, only one cuppa joe and y’all know Imma ‘tard anyhow. You can’t hold the idiot responsible!
*sigh* I wish I lived closer to you all…I’m ready for a new tat AND I love tequila.
That is awesome sodapop! I am so excited for mine, I am going to end up having to flip a coin tho for whichever I am going to do first! lol I can’t decide!
